We have an AMAZING team of volunteers who work tirelessly on our shows! One of AJP’s primary objectives is to bring the community together, we’re happy to be able to provide the opportunity for everyone to get involved, meet new people and make new friends!
Most recently our costume volunteers were winners of the Creativity and Heritage Award at the CAVA Volunteer Awards 2022. They have created the most incredible costumes for our productions, and we are so proud of their achievements.
Whether it’s behind the scenes making costumes or props, creating scenery, working the lights, or welcoming our audiences and selling popcorn Front of House, the community efforts to get these shows up and running is always incredible!
Whatever your age and abilities, you are welcome at AJP; Melanie, our exchange student from France, joined us in 2021 as Sound Technician on ‘Robin Hood, the Pantomime’. She loved it so much she joined us again the following year for ‘Ali Baba’!
Many hands make light work as they say and we’re always on the lookout for volunteers, so if you want to get involved in any way then please let us know!
