‘A single sunbeam is enough to drive away many shadows’
Aunty Jen Productions is an award winning * professional theatre company based in Studley in Warwickshire, between Redditch and Stratford-upon-Avon.
We are a unique, creative and caring theatre company, formed in 2020 to bring our community back together after the first Covid 19 Lockdown. We were the second theatre company in the whole country to go back live on stage with our production of ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ performed on the back of a 45ft long-haulage trailer! It was an incredible achievement and a huge success! Take a look at our Reviews page and see what we got up to!
Our initial aims were to bring the community out of lockdown through live theatre, alongside reducing isolation and loneliness through our volunteer programme, promoting community cohesion by working with local businesses and grass-roots venues, ensuring our productions were accessible to all by keeping ticket prices as low as possible and supporting local freelance actors. These aims remain at the heart of our organisation so we’ve developed a lively and varied programme of events which run throughout the year, reflecting the needs of our local residents and the wider community.
To date we have produced 27 live events, raised over £4000 for charity and simply cannot wait to entertain you!
